End User License Agreement

Last updated: 2026-04-02 · Effective date: 2026-04-02

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and RMAC Design (“Licensor”) for the use of FabFlow (“Software”), an add-in for Autodesk Inventor.

By installing the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

2. License Grant

RMAC Design grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use FabFlow on the machine(s) permitted by your subscription plan, subject to the terms of this agreement.

You do not own the Software. This license grants you the right to use it — nothing more.

3. Trial Period

FabFlow includes a 14-day free trial with full functionality. At the end of the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Software. No payment information is required to begin the trial.

4. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code
  • Redistribute, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software
  • Share your license key with any other person or organisation
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with the licensing or activation system
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or branding in the Software
  • Use the Software for any purpose that violates applicable law

5. Machine Activation

The Software uses a hardware-based machine fingerprint to tie your license to a specific machine. You may deactivate a machine and reactivate on another through the Software’s settings panel, subject to the seat limits of your subscription plan.

6. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all code, design, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of RMAC Design and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. Data Collection

The Software collects and processes the following data:

  • Machine fingerprint (a one-way hash of hardware identifiers) for license validation

The machine fingerprint is stored locally on your machine in encrypted form and is transmitted to our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) for license activation and validation over HTTPS.

The Software does not collect usage telemetry, analytics, or any data from your Inventor models, assemblies, or drawings.

For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

RMAC Design does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every Autodesk Inventor configuration or version.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RMAC DESIGN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR DAMAGE TO YOUR INVENTOR MODELS, ASSEMBLIES, OR DRAWINGS.

RMAC DESIGN’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if:

  • Your subscription expires or is cancelled (after the current billing period ends)
  • You breach any term of this EULA

Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of the Software. RMAC Design may also remotely deactivate your license.

RMAC Design reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if these terms are violated.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this EULA excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

12. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

13. Additional Terms

This EULA is supplemented by the FabFlow Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between this EULA and the Terms of Service, this EULA takes precedence for matters relating to the software license.
